I decided to go to Marissa because my friend was already working with her and I really liked her results. I had started losing weight on my own, but I was ready for the next goal. Marissa eased me into a new routine and established a pace that I was comfortable with. She is always attentive to my personal needs while keeping in mind my long term goals. She has also taught me how to properly balance and maintain my diet. Her unique style of training has helped me strengthen my core and also find a new range of motion in my elbow (which I had reconstructive surgery). Going to Marissa has been a life changing experience as she has helped me realize my capabilities as well as give me my confidence back.

I absolutely love working with Marissa. I have worked with her one on one and with a friend and she is always gives a great workout. Her live FB classes are amazing as well. She understands your body and offers great advice on how to help you get to your goal. Hands down one of the best trainers that I have worked with!!!!

I have been training with Marissa for months and she has impressed me since day one. I enjoy working out but I tend to get bored very easily and with her personalized workouts I never have to worry about getting bored. I can’t say enough great things about Marissa. She’s not just an amazing trainer she’s knowledgeable, positive, and a great MOTIVATOR. She knows just how to push you to finish out your reps when you want to throw in the towel. I always leave feeling stronger than before and craving more!

Marissa is an instructor who is second to none. No two classes are ever the same. Even though she works out with you so you have a visual of every move, she makes the classes all about you. She is amazing at correcting form so you always learn the correct way while sweating, burning calories and having fun. She’s helped me reach so many of my fitness goals and I’m grateful for her classes.

Marissa’s classes hands down are the best! I took my first kick boxing class 3 years ago and was hooked before it was over! I sought out every class she offered. She incorporates cardio with strength in circuits for incredible calorie burn. Having struggled with my weight and confidence over the years, Marissa’s classes gave me something to look forward to and helped me lose inches and tone troubled areas. I’ve been taking Marissa’s classes for a couple of years now. Her high energy and constant encouragement are excellent motivators. She’ll give you and tough workout with and smile and tell you to “keep pushing” the whole time. She is one of the main reasons I haven’t given up on my fitness journey. Can’t say enough good things about Marissa’s online classes! Her enthusiasm and positivity motivates you to work as hard as she does even when you are ready to quit! As sappy as this sounds, Marissa has helped change my life. I thought I wasn’t more than a treadmill walker, couldn’t see myself having the strength or the stamina to do a group class let alone one of Marissa’s!!! My best friend was doing her classes and she introduced me first to Marissa’s Monday kickboxing and it wasn’t long before I was hooked on the total body conditioning class. Before I realized it I was going to classes by myself!!! Right now, I’m 47, probably in the best shape of my life, can run circles around my kids, have so much definition in my arms and legs...I am proud of what my body can do!!! Marissa keeps me challenged, doesn’t let me quit and makes me want to keep going!! She trains with a passion that shows she truly loves what she does and loves helping people!!! She’s tough but kind, knowledgeable, energetic, encouraging, creative...she’s the best!!!!
